the Candler County School District proudly recognized the Back-to-Back 1999 & 2000 Girls Track State Championship Teams. While not all team members
could be present, we were honored to celebrate 12 of the athletes along with their coach, Mrs. Katherine Bradley. Another special moment of the evening came when MHS football player Kordae Eason accepted on behalf of his late mother, Jewel Newkirk, who was a member of the championship teams. Ms. Felecia George Prince sent roses for each of the team members.
