Parents, there was a power outage at the school earlier today. Excelsior EMC estimated it would be restored within 30 minutes and it was, and we appreciate their quick response. All students are safe, and teachers are continuing instruction as normal.

The Basics gives families the tools and community support to build those meaningful conversations that lead to school readiness. Our campus was buzzing with excitement as students experienced the world of agriculture through hands-on activities, engaging vendors, fun games, and delicious food samples! From learning where our food comes from to exploring careers in agriculture, it was a day full of discovery, connection, and Tiger pride.
We ended the day with a Burn demonstration from our local fire department, and even had a helicopter and an airplane put the fire out!
A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Fallon McCranie for her leadership and vision in making this day such a success. Your passion for agricultural education created an unforgettable experience for our students!

The Georgia Southern Psychology Clinic is facilitating a parenting group designed to strengthen the parent-child relationship and improve discipline techniques for families with children ages 2-8 beginning March 30 from 5:30-7:30 pm.
