The Foundation for Public School Education in Candler County
Our Mission
Our community-based, non-profit organization's mission is to promote and support educationally enriching experiences for girls and boys attending Candler County Schools.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Foundation is to provide a means through which grants and gifts contributed by individuals, businesses, corporations and other resources can be utilized to enhance the educational opportunities in Candler County Public Schools.

2023-2024 Grant Awards:
The Candler County Education Foundation and its Vice Chairman Allen Lanier, awarded a $510 grant to Metter Elementary's Monica West to be used for Math Mania competition.
Candler County Education Foundation recently awarded Mr. Aaron Buxton, a teacher at Metter Middle School, a grant in the amount of $2699.50. Metter Middle School has recently added a robotics based elective connection course. This additional course offering will allow more students to be exposed to Robotics, Engineering, Coding, Collaboration and more!
